Citrus

One of the most common natural beverages, commercial orange juice is almost entirely produced from the “re-constitution” of concentrates obtained during the period and in the areas of fruit ripening and preserved and commercialized all over the world in aseptic bags.

The citrus concentrate is obtained from the juice of the fruits carried in the factory after having extracted and eliminated the oil and eventually the pulp if the final product is clarified juice.

The same machines used for oranges can be easily fitted with minimal changes for the processing of similar fruits as lemons, kinnows, tangerines, grapefruits, etc.
